Agreement will Drive Advancement of Addressable TV with Unique Technology
Approach
New York, Oct. 6 /PR Newswire/ – TidalTV, the video advertising solutions provider, today announced it has been selected by GroupM, part of WPP, as a third-party technology partner for its advanced television initiative. As part of the agreement, TidalTV will handle GroupM’s television advertising optimization and yield management for its addressable television media products.
This new partnership with TidalTV comes as GroupM continues to strategically align its business with media technology companies that blend media, digital and technology expertise to identify individual television audience segments and make progress toward launching a superior advanced TV model. By applying TidalTV’s proven online video optimization and yield management technology to the television marketplace, GroupM seeks to increase efficiency throughout the media spending and management process. It will also allow for the seamless integration of Web and TV data and decision-making.
