CEO & Founder, Scott Ferber pioneered pay-for-performance internet marketing with Advertising.com, an online advertising network he founded in 1998. As chief executive officer of Advertising.com, Ferber created a viable internet advertising alternative for direct response marketers and drove significant advertiser value.


Advertising.com was sold to Time Warner in 2004.


Nearly 10 years later, Ferber’s passion for applying complex mathematics and statistical engineering to media and advertising continues with TidalTVSM, an online video advertising network developed to harness the rapidly growing distribution and consumption of online video. Ferber is applying our understanding of the complex optimization mathematics for interactive ad insertion to the online video space by delivering monetization and technology tools which enable media campaigns to be delivered efficiently, with minimized waste against a demographic and at a reduced costs. As a result, campaign budgets go further with our tools, and gives the marketer a competitive advantage.


The company raised $15 million in growth capital in March 2008 with ventures partners including Valhalla and New Enterprise Associates.
